This role mainly focus on China partner relationship management platform (Liferay)delivery, work with local vendor to deliver good quality assurance &coding and deliver agile approach development result on time in full, work close with product owner to understand business demand and do fast prototype , understand better user digital behaviors

The major responsibilities will be:

1. Be responsible for Schneider DCX IT technical solution design (Application& Infras, database, security) and quality assurance

2. Work with external partners to provide new digital solution to support DCX Innovation

3. Work with Schneider IT solution community to ensure right level governance &standards guideline

4: Evaluate vendor’s technical proposal and monitor execution quality \

5: Work with global DCX technical team to understand global direction and impact for local projects

6: Explain all IT technical solutions to business stakeholder in a simple way

7: Good documentation skill to draw IT design files and make it presentable

Required skills and experiences

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in computer;

2. Proficient in software engineering, testing theory and methods, knowledge of relevant test process, test document standards and software engineering principles, to actively engage in technology research;

3. Familiar with the variety of software testing techniques and methods, such as functional testing, performance testing, security, reliability, as well as, master at least one automated test tool;

4. With at least 5 years’ experience in Internet product testing or development, mobile client or micro-testing experience is a plus, 1 year experience in team management;

5. Knowledge of product management concepts and Agile development experience is plus

6. Application domain knowledge (Java/Life ray ), development quality assurance/Check are a 7.mandatory, .net /H5 development is plus

8. Knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes

9. Basic knowledge of financial analysis

10.Be professional, customer friendly and amenable
