Generic mission:

· Built / Consolidate ranges budget

· Ensure the alignment with marketing and quality at high level

· Make sur that key TOM tasks are done with the right efficiently (BOC technical Management, Tempo Management, Bfo technical tasks, PEP followed up on project)

· Ensure a strong interface with GSC to challenge them on both manufacturing and supply aspect

· Back up technical leader when required

· Apply good level of resources (Call in MSTT, Business Review, workload and periodization Management)

· Responsible for budget in his scope (resource needs & expenses) in accordance with TOM budget

· Identify surveillance test plan and follow up the perf Gap board

· Integrate system approach and customer application

· Capitalize and Share product knowledge and customer application

· Bring the competitor analysis knowledge to technical leader

· Manage technically BOC, take Gate decision for technical aspects, update BFO, Validation tempo Gates…

· Ensure close interface with MKT and QUA, assigned to the ranges in the associated standard

· Warrant the accuracy of the technical file data in Symphony (BOM, AS, CP, specifications and Models)

· Built the workload plan, periodization, define PCE light or full track, define responsible of action

Specific mission:

· Ensure the customer care center “Level 4”

· Participate for design in Mechatronic (Pro-E)

· Be a project manager of the difficult full track PCE

· Knowledge in different tools (Testflow, E-proc, Coda, pro-E, Symphony, Sales force, MSTT…).

For this position we are looking for:

· Master degree in Electromechanical

· Strong technical product competencies specifically on LV products

· Proved experience as Technical Leader (Range/PMP – PEP environment)

· Strong Leadership in international / complex environment

· Ability to take decision on global, WW & exposed area

· Communication skills

· Multicultural & Open mindset: adapt to other culture, positive attitude, …

· Strong abilities to organize, coordinate, motivate and communicate

· Fluent in English.
