l Position Scope Description:

Lead innovative and strategic business growth proposals.

Define business programs for demand creation, lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement with SE EQP product.

l Main Responsibilities:

- Lead long term strategic studies (prospective reflection)

- Define an overall solution go-to-market vision, segment and digital strategy, formalize it according to the scope of responsibilities

- Support EQP TC head to figure out strategy deployment roadblocks and lead growth initiatives.

- Support EQP TC head for business reviews

l Qualifications:

- Visionary with ability to look at the big picture

- Pro-active, entrepreneurial and self-motivated

- Demonstrate good personal and project leadership, including the ability to positively challenge in a solution finding framework

- Inspired by constantly learning from the outside world and supporting the application of these insights into cutting edge execution

- Able to think both strategically and operationally to drive closed loop execution

- Able to simplify and clarify complex issues to broad and diverse audiences and to influence

l Experience:

Minimum 8 years relevant job experience
