Responsibility:

-Develop, coach and manage SSPA & SSAM Technical team to achieve the goal of productivity, cooperate with related Dept. whatever outside or inside LVP organization.

-Localization & QVE management: Define the year productivity target, control the monthly Tec BOC review meeting & weekly checking with supervisor, final approval decision, create the new ideas for localization & QVE, coordinate with ODVC to balance the human resource…

-New product project supporting: Participate the BOC meeting monthly, provide the human resource of TE to support project..

-Tool duplication / new supplier qualification supporting: Regular review meeting with tooling manager, final technical approval for new tool launching, provide human resource of TE…

-Quality trouble shooting: Regular review with QC manager during BOC & technical BOC, provide the human resource to solve the critical quality issues..

-Customer complaint: Provide the necessary to support key customer complaint..

-Certification supporting: Define & control the budget of certification, regular review with Certification Engineer, communicate with ODVC & marketing, project team for key certification issues…

Qualification:

• 5 years technical working background, and at least 2 years management experience

• Basic Project management, basic financial, primary Mechanism design, electronic design, plastic or metallic material know-how

• Bachelor degree with good English skill.
