Main responsibilities:

1. Contract management (standardize, develop, track & trace, negotiation for extension / termination);

2. Rate / Bidding / RFQ (standardize, simplify, update, audit and control);

3. Procurement tool well usage including SAP, OTTO, Prism etc.

4. Strong sense of ethical term and compliance as a procurement team member;

5. Logistics database establishment and development to ensure a full visibility and transparency of Schneider China logistics landscape;

6. Logistics cost control through both of negotiation and technical productivity;

7. Interface with internal users especially dozens of individual entities across China to guild and convince them to close follow-up with IP category vendor strategy; ONE Schneider is always in mind;

8. Executing the tactical initiatives for purchasing;

9. Monthly logistics newsletter update;

10. Vendor business review preparation;

11. Quarterly Logistics Steering Committee Meeting preparation;

12. Logistics Purchasing Rules and Policies Governance;

13. Vendor commercial relationship management;

14. Logistics market intelligence;

15. Active engagement with China IP, Schneider and Global Logistics category. Follow with the strategy of them and get it well realized in Logistics Procurement area;

Skills & Competencies

1. Requires 5-8 years of related experience in logistics, budget management and procurement, foreign companies is preferred;

2. China domestic logistics knowledge is a MUST;

3. Process control and optimization skill;

4. Project leadership skill;

5. Microsoft Office software skill such as Word, Exel and PPT etc…

6. Strong communication, team building and motivational skills;

7. Strong analytical, problem solving skills;

8. Pro-active attitude;

9. Work under pressure;

10. Step up to be a real driver and skilful person to lead the entities to follow with the group commodity strategy and transformation;

11. Willingness to work overtime and travel across China if necessary;

12. Strong sense of team work and collaborative thoughts making great satisfaction of internal stakeholders;

13. Quick learner and self-starter;

14. Willingness to explore new experience;

15. Fluent in Mandarin and English
