岗位职责：

1.独立负责公司内部人才的招聘工作，与各部门共同甄选合适候选人，参与背景调查、薪资谈判、入职跟进。

2.负责招聘广告的撰写，现有各个招聘渠道的维护、信息更新。对公司招聘岗位的结果以及渠道的成本负责

3.总结招聘工作中存在的问题，提出优化招聘制度和流程的合理化建议。

4.定期统计分析招聘相关统计报表；

5.完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科以上学历，有医疗行业从业背景者优先；

2、有 2 年以上独立招聘经验，能独立完成岗位招聘；

3、正直诚信，积极主动，敏思好学，逻辑严谨；

4、具备亲和力，出色的沟通交流能力和抗压能力
