Job Summary

? This role is accountable for supporting HRBP for daily HR operation jobs

. Work with Clusters to streamline the processes. 

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

? Responsisble for central China recrutiment 

? Responsible for China employment on board and off boarding processing

? Responsible to notify key employees regarding new hires, leavers and transfers on a timely basis

? To conduct exit clearance process

? To work closely with HR team to ensure processes & procedures are in place as well as ensuring accurate data is shared within the team for accurate reporting

? And any other tasks as assigned

? Excellent in Chinese and English writing
