POSITION SUMMARY

The position is to assist DT supervisor to manage the DT, in particular data management and expense check.

Nature and Scope

The job holder is the DT coordinator in the Company and reports directly to the DT supervisor. Work with Sales, Procurement and Finance. In addition to the primary accountability for trip data check and trip close in system, the jobholder’s responsibilities also cover the purchasing of DT operation necessities, expense check.

DT coordinator直接汇报给DT主管，同时和销售、采购和财务等其他部分配合工作。主要工作为审核行程数据及行程在系统中关闭，除此之位，也包括DT工作必需品的采购和费用审核

Each month, average 16 thousands fuel cost and 11 thousands toll fee happens on one tanker, it is important to check toll fee and fuel recharge record.

每个月一辆车的燃油成本为1.6万元，路桥费1.1万元。审核路桥费和加油记录是非常重要的

The major challenge for the position is to make sure data accuracy for DT operation.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Check data accuracy in deliver documents, specially delivery volume, trip loss and so on. Close trip in scheduling system in time. In case of wrong data, submit the trip correction report in time immediately.

   核对送货单据数据的准确性，特别是送货量、行程损耗等。及时在调度系统中关闭送货行程。如有错误，及时提交修改报告。

2. Scan trip log and delivery note and file the hard copy

   扫描行程和送货单据，单据存档。

1. Collect the non-delivery data for driver and helper. Make statistics of driver and helper’s working hours.

   统计司机和押运员非送货工作行程数据。统计司机和押运员工作时间。

2. Check the toll fee and fuel re-charge record and cost. Get toll and fuel invoice and Make the cost into the accounts

   统计并核对营运车辆路桥费和加油记录，及时开票入账。

3. Prepare the payment list including fuel, toll, office supplies, express cost and son on. And make sure all cost to be into accurate cost accounts.

   准备付款清单，如油款，路桥费用，办公用品费用，劳保用品费用，快递费用等。并确保各种费用成本科目准确。

4. Purchase necessities for DT operation, such as PPE, cleaning supplies, office supplies. Make a record for use

   采购DT营运必需品，如劳保用品，清洁用具，办公用品等。统计使用或者发放记录。

5. Check driver reimbursement record and invoice. Express to Scan Center after DT supervisor check them.

   审核司机报销单和发票，DT主管审核后，寄给公司财务扫描中心。

6. Assist to fix delivery issues happened on drivers, such as MOBY use, Deliver Note

   协助解决司机日常工作中遇到的问题，如MOBY使用，送货单补签等

7. Be familiar with scheduling system and extract DT operation data, such as delivery miles, delivery volume, road loss, etc. Analyze and make the monthly report.

   熟练操作调度系统，可从系统中导出DT营运数据，如送货里程，送货量，损耗等。对数据进行分析，完成月度报表。

   JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Junior college degree or above. Logistics, distribution, or transportation background is preferred.

   大专及以上学历。物流，配送，运输背景更好

2. Be familiar with office software.

   熟练使用办公软件

1. Good data analysis ability

1. Good communication skill. And work patently and carefully.
