Reporting to the Production Manager and functionally to the BU’s Continuous Improvement Coordinators in the HQ, he/she is responsible to implement directly or support BDS Operations and Quality Departments for the improvement activities.

He/she will be also responsible to monitor some key Projects in Operations.

He/she supports the Production Manager to assure that

• manufacturing policies, procedures, technical standards, work instructions are created, kept up-to-date, made available and followed throughout the Organization
• all the KPIs reporting is consistent with the defined KPIs to monitor Operations processes and are regularly updated
• all the analysis and information are available on time for strategic decision and budget preparation/review

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

Continuous improvement

• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, troubleshoot manufacturing/business, Quality and assembly issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design and create process documentation

• Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, develop budgets and cost analysis to determine project feasibility

• Design, Install and debug tooling and capital equipment as it relates to process improvement

• Drive value stream mapping to define “As-Is Analysis” and the transition to Future State

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

• Develop and conduct compliance audits, program evaluations and reviews to drive results with the effort to ensure change is permanent

• Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement

  Training and Coaching

• Organize training for BDS personnel on Continuous Improvement Methodology and Tools

• Coach local resources to use new methodology

• Promote and track the extensive use of the Continuous Improvement tools

  Project Management

• Develop the Projects’ detail Gantt for key Improvement projects

• Monitor the status of each Project coordinating the cross functional team

• Remove the roadblocks and highlight the criticalities to the management

Job Requirements:

At least 5 years’ experience in similar position

Good English skill mandatory (he/she will deal constantly with HQs)

Microsoft Office excellent knowledge including Project

Strong leadership, logical think ability and cross functional approach

Able to lead cultural change

High service consciousness, to bear hardship, dedication, team cooperation spirit

Quick thinking, strong communication skills, able to deal with sudden problems

Careful and meticulous

Able to work under high pressure
