About us

The Immunology Center at WuXi is built to provide a comprehensive open platform for immunological service of preclinical and clinical studies, and to facilitate immunotherapy drug discovery in cancer, autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. Led by a group of US and European trained immunologists, the team primarily serves clients’ needs of efficacy and in depth Mechanism of Action (MoA) studies by utilizing our well established cancer immunology platforms, immunological animal models and biomarker detection services. Your responsibility

You will be responsible for performing in vitro and ex vivo assays in support of our discovery programs. You may also conduct experiments to test the efficacy of compounds in in vitro assays for cancer and other ongoing programs. We are looking for someone with demonstrated hands-on proficiency in culture of cancer cell lines, primary cells and tumor cells. Expertise in cell-based assay is required. Expertise in other techniques such as FACS, ELISA, bacteria culture, RT-PCR, molecular cloning is highly desired. You should have a strong background in in vitro research, be well-versed in best laboratory practices and possess good scientific problem-solving ability.

Requirements

1.BS or MS in immunology, biology or other Life Science-related disciplines with two or more years of relevant experiences in cell-based assay development and molecular biology techniques.

2.Experience with cancer biology and cancer related assays are preferred.

3.Proven ability to perform research independently, excellent scientific problem-solving ability.

4.Proficiency in English is expected.
