职位描述

Procurement HRBP( 2 Years' contractor)

1. Training & Development-- Facilitate and consolidate training needs analysis, provide clear and specific training needs to central training team. Facilitate and organize training if necessary;

2. Talent Management – Support line managers to conduct talent review, and succession planning.

3. Performance Management – Implement corporate Performance Management policy and process, coach line managers to use the tools, ensure the periodical completion of performance management activities.

4.  Reward – Interpret corporate reward philosophy and policies to line managers. Facilitate the process of annual salary review.

5. Recruitment & Hiring – Work with line managers on JD preparation, raise recruitment request to SSC team to start the recruitment process. Prepare and coordinate orientation training for new hires; following and help the new hires integrate in the company.

6. Data Management & Reporting – Maintain necessary data and information, provide accurate data to region and management team as required, make sure timely periodical reports are provided to update progress of HR activities;

7. One Voice survey support, data analysis and action list development



1. Bachelor Degree and above

2. More than 3 years solid HR generalist experience in multination company

3. Well understand the business context, key business drivers and challenges;

4. Quick to learn, logical in thinking;

5. Ability to identify nature problem and propose solutions for improvement;

6. Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure;

7. Strong communication and influencing skills;

8. Proactive and can-do attitude;

9. Self-motivated and good team player, able to work both independently and in a team-based environment, supportive and willing to share;

10. Emotionally resilient;

11. Strong performance bias.
