Main duties and responsibilities:

- 保修索赔管理并及时向相关部门报告，采取措施降低现场保修成本。
- 启动拆除分析，进行根本原因分析，并准备技术报告。
- 与保修组合作，为现场质量建立强大的监控流程。
- 维护经验教训系统并与全球和当地团队分享想法。 介绍设计变更以避免将来的保修案例。
- 参加定期全球会议。
- 与运营，质量和工程密切合作，寻求持续改进的机会。

1- Managing warranty claims with VW, NISSAN, GM on time and effectively (Rootcause analysis, Corrective and preventive actions)
2- Elaborate, Analyze and reduce the External Cost of Poor Quality for Warranty /0KM claims / Sorting
3- Insure the effective elaboration of Global Quality KPI and improvement Plan (Customer/ Internal/ Supplier/ Cost)
4- Responsible for the Quality Reporting Daily- Weekly-Monthly and Annual (Summary in Excel and PPT)
5- Other tasks related to Quality Department

Experience and background:
1- Around 5 years of successful path within Quality (with internal and Customer interface)
2- Minimum 3 years working in Automotive environment
3- Solid Problem solving skills : 8D report and PDCA
4- Strong Data Analysis required : Warranty curves MR3, MR6, MR12 / KPI Management : Pareto and Priority classification
5- Fluent in English is a must
6- Engineering Background with experience with Molding, Assembly is preferred
7- Good organization skills
