移民留学海外房产行业的-高净值客户 负责整个分公司的运营管理

岗位职责：
1、 配合上海总部，主持广州分公司业务及人事行政管理工作；

2、 根据事业部年度销售目标，指导参与市场开拓；

3、 积极配合、参加市场部策划的各类市场渠道活动，并在这些活动中积极挖掘潜在客户；

4、 带领顾问团队为客户设计切实可行的移民方案，保证优质高效的完成客户的移民咨询服务；

5、 负责客户管理，并建立客户档案，定期拜访客户，树立公司品牌形象，促成签约。

任职资格：

1、 本科以上学历，五年以上同行工作经验，带领过销售型团队；

2、 学习能力强、责任心强，良好的团队合作意识和客户服务意识；

3、 优秀的语言表达能力和沟通协调能力，出色的开拓技巧、谈判技巧及能力；

4、 有相关从业经验者，销售成绩优秀或带领过顾问团队者优先考虑
