Overall Objectives Mission

 Focus on value-added to overall business performance and give constructive advice for continuous improvement in profitable growth Well prepare and manage business forecast and budget as well as execution Continuously optimize the related operational process, internal control system and ensure commercial operating effectively to maximize the return and minimize the risk Ensure timely and accurate management reporting to local management and Corporate with good presentation and solid analysis                 

Activities/ Tasks 

 1, Be responsible for month-end closing, provide solid analysis and constructive advice of overall Sales, Margin,  PL with further drill down by business division , by channel, regions, by product lines and by customers  

 2, Be responsible for commercial annual budget, rolling forecast, outlook and focus on value added to the business 

 3, Actively participate business evaluation and focus on supporting the business growth and emphasize an effective marketing investment & better expenditure control according to the budget, the rolling forecast and actual business cases to provide constructive advices for business decisions 

4. Work closely with other departments (especially Channel heads, Sales operation & Marketing) to set-up and optimize effective operational process and enhance internal control system to improve the productivity and  performance by channel, by marketing investment and by store

5. Highly involve in defining the Company commercial policy, commercial contract terms as well as execution and review the commercial term of project bidding and other third parties’ contract in commercial control perspective 

 6. Provide good business scenario simulation and evaluation from time to time according to the business needs 

 7. Be responsible all kinds managerial reporting and analysis for China, Corp controlling with good presentation 

 8. Provide realistic and sound monthly accrual by closely work with business and identify deviations to minimize a surprise.

 9 .Implement and comply group controlling guideline in Ariston China and closely monitor the execution to ensure to achieve the company business objectives 

 10. Be responsible for the related internal and external audit              

Basic Requirements

 Education：  Bachelor degree major in Accounting or Finance , MBA or master degree is prefer 

 Seniority ： Minimum 5 years relevant commercial controlling managerial experiences in multinational corporation, have the related industrial knowledge and strong analytic skill  and solid problem solving approach 

 Previous Experiences ：   Good presentation skill, MS-OFFICE particular good in Power Point Presentation,  SAP skill (familiar with CO module)

 Languages ：  CET-6 or above, Good English communication skills both spoken and written 

 Others：    (Coming Markets/ Sectors/ International Mobility) Able to travel to Wuxi
