1.Inventory Management 50%
Align inventory targets in line with our business models
Track inventory performance and replenishment quality 
Work closely with Brands on customer needs, support sales growth and meet inventory turn goals
Develop and provide guidance to local Brands on replenishment, inventory planning and seek alternatives to minimize aged and slow moving items
Analysis retailor’s inventory pipeline & contribute to inventory rational 
In charge of stock take processes

2.Systems and process controls 20%
Thorough knowledge of systems and programs on sales & distribution; provide guidance to users for maximum utilization
Focal contact to IT & HQ to ensure user request are sufficient to meet business needs 
Ensure complete and updated documentation of Logistics policies & processes in public folder

3.Project Management 15%
Lead inventory analysis reporting tool deveopment
Particpate brands’ inventory optimized project
Analysis logistic operation request & contribute in feasibility study

4. People Management 10%
Hire quality people, assign jobs, coach, train and provide objectives and clear performance standards, daily guidance, timely feedback, career development, motivate and drive team results, review/counsel and reward performance

4. Administration 5%
Develop training package to Brand Logistics team and to Retail team on replenishment process & tool
Responsible for reports required by Finance / Controlling/HQ/Brand 

REQUIREMENTS：
Inventory management with emphasis in Supply Chain Management 
Lead, organizing, solution provider and communication skills
Expert in logistics operations and related systems 
Good relationship with different teams
Unviersity graduate
With about 6 years working experience in related field 
Good spoken & written English
Inventory management
Project management skill
System knowledge
