岗位职责

1. 具有现代的工厂管理理念与智能化生产的变革意识，能不断的突破传统服装生产的管理瓶颈，用精益化生产与现代化管理的手段提升工厂的效率与质量。

2. 全面管理服装工厂的生产，全面负责服装产品的生产工艺和流程，完成工厂年度目标和计划；

3. 负责工厂的生产计划管理，建立相应的机制和体系，确保车间生产时流水的畅通性和均衡性，确保交期的准时达成；

4. 全面负责生产技术和质量管理，及时解决车间生产过程中出现的技术和品质问题,确保实现既定的质量目标；

5. 负责工厂的成本管控，年度预算的制定与执行，通过提高组织及劳动效率，降低生产损耗，促进工厂实现年度既定的财务目标；

6. 负责组织生产、设备、安全检查、环保、生产统计等管理制度的拟订、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施到位；

7. 负责工厂的安全管理，确保工厂零重大的安全事故。

任职要求

1. 大专以上学历，5年以上生产工作经历，3年以上工厂管理经验，中高端服装生产管理经验者优先；

2. 精通服装生产流程、服装工艺、品质检验等相关专业知识，熟悉工厂生产运作；

3. 熟练生产计划的制订与执行，具有丰富的生产流程、生产计划安排、品质控制、成本控制、物流调配及生产跟单管理经验；

4. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，职业素养高，工作积极认真，能承受较大压力；

5. 遇到生产问题，有较强的解决事情的能力。

Job responsibilities:

1. Manage garment factories, be responsible for the production process of garment products, and complete the annual main goals and plans of the factory;

2. Responsible for the production plan management of the factory, establish the corresponding management system, to ensure the smooth flow and balance of workshop production flow;

3. Fully responsible for the production technology and quality management, timely solve the technical issue of productions and quality problems, to ensure meet company's quality objectives;

4. Responsible for the cost control of the factory, improve the organization and labor efficiency, reduce the production loss, and promote the factory to achieve the annual financial goals;

5. Responsible for the production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics management system drafting, revision, inspection, supervision, control and implementation;

6. Responsible for the safety management of the factory, to ensure that the factory does not occur major accidents.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, more than 5 years of production experience, more than 3 years of factory management experience, high-end garment production management experience is preferred;

2. Proficient in garment production process, clothing technology, quality inspection and other related professional knowledge, familiar with the manufacturing management

3. Skilled production planning designing and implementation, has rich production process, production planning, quality control, cost control, logistics deployment and production management experience;

4. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, high professional quality, work actively and seriously, can withstand greater pressure;

5. Have a strong ability to solve problems during production process.
