1. Collect and analyze business reporting requirement 40%？
Proactvely communicate with business users (Controlling, Finance, Brands) to collect internal and external requirements on all management analysis reports
？ Analyze business requirements with valuable input from both business and IT point of view. Provide professional IT solution to fulfil business requirements.
？ Translate business requirements into technical specification for development
？ Learn and understand retailing industry features and SG China business

2. China BI Platform development, upgrade 20%
Be fully responsible for China BI platform.
？ New development in current China BI platform (MS BI: SSIS,SSAS,SSRS), including Cubes and Reporting Service reports.
？ High level System design on the central datawahouse database
？ Lead China BI platform upgrade project
？ Structured documentation on BI platform, Data synchorization, business description and dimension definition

3. China BI Maintenance 20%
Keep China Cubes run smoothly, monitor cubes’ and reporting service performance
？ BI Security Control and maintenance
？ Handle Brands/Divisions new requirements by following change request process.
？ Support Brands/Divisions users through ticket system within SLA
？ Organizate regular trainings to Brands/Divisions users
？ Actively learn and share new technology within the team

3. Design and Programming 20%
MS SQL Server: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI
？ BI Extension design and development: data extract from other systems or excel, additional master maintenance and etc.
？ Other design and develop in MS .net (C#)

QUALIFICATIONS:？
Over 7 working experience with more than 4 years on BI field (Microsoft BI, SAP BW), at least lead three full cycle of BI system implementation projects
？ Good business sense, retailing or Luxury industry experience is plus
？ Good project management skill
？ Rich experience in MS BI development: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI
？ Be familiar with MS. Studio and framework. C# is preferred
？ In depth understanding of database commands, performance monitor and optimization.
？ Solid experience in big data analysis, data modelling, ETL process
？ Good communication skill with IT team and business users
？ Bachelor degree in computer science
？ Fluent spoken and written english
？ MS Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Visio
？ MS. SQL Server 2008 or above
？ MS BI: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
？ Visual studio 2008 or above (C# is preferred)
