Essential Responsibilities
Do regular KPI analysis (Such as SRD accuracy,On time install, storage, application, warranty……)
for the INS project management of all DI products and report to installation Operation manager.
Initiate to drive INS PM excellence based on performance matrix indicator.
Control project cycle time , identify and report process issue or personal quality or compliance concerns immediately to their Line Manager.
Support MyProject system maintenance, collect suggestions about system and regularly system functionality upgrade.
Support INS VCP project

Role Summary/Purpose

Proactively develop & implement installation customer satisfaction strategy by analyzing KPI and improving process & productivity to address the sustainable growth for GE Healthcare.Develop & maintain vendor management and ensure the vendor installation process smoothly.Provide logistical support to help PMI to handle site/installation issue and meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements

BS Engineering or equivalent.
3+ years relevant working experiences, project/vendor management experience preferred
Demonstrated quality assurance and project management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, and good team player.
Skilled on Microsoft Office.
