Essential Responsibilities
The Lead Program Integrator is responsible to provide engineering support to the MRI product in post-development phase, duties include (but are not limited to):
• Monitoring and analysis on product quality data, identify further improvement opportunity
• Coordinating feedback events with customers and service personnel
• Investigating customer events and drive technical solution into product
• Quality project tracking and execution.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Bio-engineering, electrical or automation engineering or above
2. 3+ years Product quality management or project management relative work experience
3. Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
4. Demonstrated technical domain knowledge by being current on engineering design principles, architectures and advancements in clinical and engineering concepts and technologies
5. Demonstrated organizational, functional, and leadership expertise to lead a small team on a project, sub-system or platform initiative
Desired Characteristics
1. Experience working in systems engineering or project management.
2. Strong analytical skills, fluent Excel skill
3. Ability to work independently
4. Customer orientation: self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
5. Customer focused: strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen to customer, build relationships, and work under pressure
6. Medical device working experience, MRI experience is highly preferred
