Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for GEHC factories Supplier correct on time delivery performance.
- Responsible for developing a long-term planning approach for the factories covering
Non-OTD root cause analysis, preventive actions driven in both sides, worse supplier/sites improvement.
- Work with local materials teams across the sites to achieve fulfillment rates for units, product and service order.
- Work with sourcing team to drive supplier strategy replenishment, to drive cycle time and inventory reduction and stable workload to leverage productivity.
- Influence and support local teams to reach their business goals
Role Summary/Purpose
The Sourcing fulfillment leader conduct supplier fulfillment related activities in GEHC China plants. These responsibilities include achieving stated goals and objectives in the areas of supplier on time delivery, escalations of factory to make sure no revenue miss, supplier replenishment strategy and plan for every part to improve operation excellence etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor or above degree.
- 5 years above experience with proven leadership in manufacturing, sourcing or supply chain.
- Demonstrated leadership, energizing in cross-functional, global teams environment
- Demonstrate strong execution and project management skills, including the ability to drive change in a team-based environment.
- Materials management experience
- Proficiency with system usage, Microsoft Excel spreadsheets development and analysis.
Desired Characteristics
1. Sharp thinking, positive attitude and open mind.
2. High level of organization skills and facilitation skills, including solid presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
3. OMLP or Leadership Program graduate.
4. Greenbelt or Black Belt (preferred) Certification
