Essential Responsibilities
• Managing and implementing high-level exhibition and tradeshows for GEHC in both China and globally
• Working closely with global exhibit CoE team to acquire and apply latest branding and exhibit knowledge to China
• Providing input to the global events and /or exhibits calendar
• Keeping events and/or exhibits teams current with latest trends
• Providing vendor selection guidance and adherence to sourcing policy & procedure
• Determining best materials and technologies to use for most cost effective while creative outcome
• Purchasing and budget tracking and reporting
• Developing tiered exhibits strategy and helping exhibits shared services to evaluation their work and modify plans
Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelors degree of marketing, communications, business administration or related field required
2. 3+Years’ experience planning and implementing trade shows/events and a demonstrated record of developing award-wining trade shows
3. Proved communication skill, both verbal and written
4. Proved organizational, project, and planning skills
5. Budget management
6. Ability to interface effectively with all team levels(including executive)
7. Previous Healthcare experience preferred
8. Agency backgrounder is preferred
Desired Characteristics
1. 3+ years of exhibit-related experience
2. CTSM (Certified Trade Show Manager) certification
3. Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals would be a plus
4. Familiarity with marketing in business-to-business environments
