1、Serve as the primary internal legal counsel for the execution, monitoring and integration of offshore and onshore investment and M&A projects;
2、Identify, assess and advise on legal and regulatory issues;
3、Draft, review and negotiate investment documents, including term sheets, purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, organizational documents and corporate authorizations;
4、Provide post-transaction legal support;
5、Manage outside counsel;
6、Assist investment teams in ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures;
7、Perform other related work as assigned.

1、PRC qualified with a foreign law degree
2、8 years post-graduation experience in both leading PRC law firm and foreign law firm
3、Extensive experience with PE/VC investments, M&A projects, and JV establishments
4、Command of English and ability to participate in commercial discussions and review and draft legal documents in English
