1. In charge of the asset management, to collect and update the asset information; 收集现场的设备资产信息，并进行定期更新；

2. Make annual preventive maintenance plan and update for the Power system, HVAC system, firefighting systems, BMS, security systems, elevator, infrastructure etc. 制定配电，暖通，消防，楼宇自控，安防,电梯，建筑物结构等设施的年度预防性维护计划

3. Upload asset list and PM plan in FMP system (设施维护管理系统) to ensure the PM and repair works completion as schedule, and generate the monthly report and analyse it. 把资产清单和维护计划上传到FMP系统，确保预防性维护和维修工作纪实完成；并每月形成分析报告；

4. Train onsite technicians to improve team knowledge and skill. 培训现场的技术员，提高他们的维护知识和技能；

5. Monitor energy consumption and submit monthly energy report to client, to find any energy saving opportunities. 监控每月能源消耗并提供报告给甲方，发现能源节约机会；

6. Follow Honeywell SHE policy and to be In charge of the HSE work, to ensure daily operation is under safety condition. 按照霍尼韦尔的健康环境安全要求，负责现场的环境健康安全工作，确保现场运行处于安全状态；

7. For onsite maintenance work, complete the safety risk assessment before implement, also follow up ; 对于现场的维护工作，实施前进行安全风险评估；

8. Any facility safety findings from client or staff, to make action to correct them on time. 现场发现的任何安全隐患，制定措施进行整改并及时完成；

9. Involve onsite safety weekly inspection with client, also attend SHE weekly meeting, according to safety findings to provide solution.参与每周的现场安全检查和安全例会，根据发现问题提出整改方案；

10. Other tasks by leader temp. assign. 其它领导交给的临时任务；
