岗位职责
Responsibility :
1、参与制定成衣采购部年度工作计划，组织制定并实施生产的中短期规划；
Participate in annual business plan of garment procurement dept., set up and implement mid and short-term out-source production planning.
2、完善公司的成衣外协工厂的生产规划、规范外协生产流程，保证生产任务的顺利、高效完成；
Improve out-source production planning; standardize production process to fulfill production schedule efficiently.
3、合理对采购部、生产计划部、品质管理部，技术部进行协调，保证各部门之间的衔接与协作；充分了解和分析开发部门和客户的意愿，有效调动生产资源最大化满足开发和客户的需求。
Coordinate with purchasing, production planning, quality management and tech depts.
Fully mobilize resources to meet demands of development dept and clients.
4、组织进行外协产能的分析与评估、合理搭配工序，充分发挥内外资源效益；
Responsible for out-source production capacity and operation process to fully use internal-external resources.
5、负责所辖板块的预算和,以及倍率的管控，通过日常管理和监控，实现所辖板块预定的财务管控目标；
Responsible for budget and cost control to achieve financial goals by daily management and monitoring.
6. 全球优质成衣以及关联产业生产供应商资源的开发，评估，管理。
Responsible for sourcing the global garment producing or relevant production factory, evaluating the qualification and management.
7. 负责培养、激励和领导下属管理团队以确保其能力不断提升、积极性不断提高并促使各项目标的达成。 Leadership and development of the department and employees.


任职条件
1.大学本科以上 纺织服装专业优先考虑
Bachelor’s degree or above ，Textile and garment major is preferred.
2.5-8年以上知名服饰类品牌或大型服装制造和运营企业的相关工作经验
5-8 years of relevant experiences of manufacturing and operation; experiences in large or well-known clothing brand.

工作时间：周一至周五 9：00-18：00 周末双休
