1. 协助执行I期至IV期临床试验的中心医院科室及机构协调管理工作；

2. 在客户试验中密切与中心研究者及监查员合作，必要时协助按照临床试验方案及原始资料填写病例报告表， 以及其他辅助性工作；

3. 对所负责的研究中心进行药物，试验物资的有效管理，按时完成临床试验在该中心的文件整理，受试者访视通知， 实验室检查安排，结果获取及登录等；

4. 主要协助研究者进行试验管理，包括协调申报伦理，研究协议签署，受试者招募与初筛发现等支持工作；

5.工时管理，指导组内成员正确安排并记录工时，审核工时的合理性，并根据工时记录发现问题并有针对性的进行人员管理；

6.负责或协助面试招聘各级别CRC,制定CRC职业发展、技能培训规划、日常管理及绩效考核；

7.直接对项目总监汇报，完成项目总监交给的其他任务；

任职要求：

1、临床医学、护理学、药学等相关专业，大专以上学历；

2、三年以上CRC工作经验，有团队管理经验优先，有亲和力，沟通表达能力强。

We have been became the vendor of lots of global company (AZ, GSK, BI, Abbott, Roch, Mundipharma, QPS etc.) and some official Institution (Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, Peking university, The general hospital of Chinese PLA, Sanming hospital, Zhejiang oncology hospital, Academy of Military Medical Sciences of the Chinese PLA etc.).
