Job responsibilities:

1. Data sales report maintenance and update, as well as sales analysis management support by regional.
2. Maintenance and update of distributor (level one & two) purchasing and distribution sales reports
3. Collection and maintenance of dealer target by weekly
4. Dealer rebate calculation by quarterly and yearly
5. Dealer inventory report by monthly
6. Tracking and analysis of sales data of key products
7. Splitting and production of other reports of the team

                                

    2.      Data analysis report continues to be maintained and improvedl  Continuously update the Management Sales Dashboard and adjust it in time according to the requirements of the superior.l  Analyze and improve by key market projectsl  Other delegated analysis reports    

    3.       Participate business sales target setting-up in the dealer & hospitals l  Participate in the setting up of the target hospital indicators according to the company's and departmental guide line and also support the sales team adjustment suggestions.l  Collect of the dealer target at all levels, and follow up on updates.    

    4.      Communication and collaborationl  Communicate closely with the sales team and the operation team, and provide sales data completion to Biz. Team timely. l  Communicate with the operation team and dealers regarding the inventory adjustments proposed on timely, and also provide the correct operation plan.l  Participate in regional supporting work.

Qualifications:

    

1. Have relevant work experience in the medical, or bachelor degree or above in accounting or financial management;

    

2. Familiar with Office software operation, strong Excel application ability.
