QA Coordinator (PQR Management team)

Job responsibility:

1. Assist to prepare PQR final summary report.

2.Assist the release of product.

3.Assist in check the status change and stock quantity and checked against the audit trail for all the WMS Batch.

4.Responsible for printing release label of finished products according to the decision of AP.

5.Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

QA Coordinator (Change Control )

Job responsibility:

1. Responsible for the processing of each change control including issuing the registration number.

2. Preliminary estimates change control request, ensure all the information fulfills the GMP requirement

3. Assist QA officer to drafting assessments in required documents.

4. Follow up and record the progress of each action of change control and maintain the register.

5. Collect evidences of change control actions and ensure all the evidences are correspond with the actions.

6. Prepare the change control's PQR each month.

7. Prepare change control monthly report.

8. Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

QA Coordinator (Deviation/CAPA/Complaint)

Job responsibility:

1. Assist to execute the processing of complain, deviation and CAPA .

2. Preliminary estimates deviation, CAPAand complain, ensure all the information fulfills the GMP requirement 3. Follow up and record the progress of each action of deviation, CAPAand complain request, and maintain the register or list.

4. Collect evidences of deviation , CAPA , complain and ensure all the evidences are correspond with the actions.

5. Prepare deviation, CAPA ,complain,recalls PQR each month.

6. Prepare deviation, CAPA monthly report. 7.Ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job requirement:

1. Bachelor or above major in pharmacy or related fields;

2. At least 1 working experience in pharmaceutical industry;

3. Familiar with GMP and PIC/S is an advantage;

4. Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
