工作职责:

Drive the digitalization of Supply Chain enable to largely increase working efficiency and cost effectiveness

Be driver for innovative solutions to better assist and support supply chain teams to achieve best performance

Provide data analysis insight in Supply Chain activities to monitor the performance result

Work with Management and Performance Excellence team, identify the opportunity for continuous improvement in a digital way

Work out most applicable IT solutions, to solve current issues and streamline the optimization of whole Supply Chain

Coordinate and lead key IT projects by working with internal teams, IT colleagues and external suppliers

Identify and consolidate all the best practices in terms of IT solutions in Supply Chain implemented in China

任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, Supply Chain or Business Management, MBA or equivalent would be a plus

10- 15 years’ experience or above in Supply Chain Management, preferable with IT background

Rich experience to manage IT Projects related to Supply Chain including Procurement, Import & Export and Logistics

Strong knowledge of the best in class Supply Chain techniques and processes

Sound experience in Supply Chain Processes & Systems and in Management

Ability to develop best practice procedures as well as tool enhancements including change management expertise

Strong project management experience to drive the timely progress

Strategic thinking combined with operational execution follow up and management

Ability to influence all levels of management and other functional areas

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, teaching, networking and managing performance abilities

Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines

Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience

Good presenting skills and system knowledge including e-technologies for Supply Chain.
