职位描述

1. Fulfill all tasks assigned by leader;

完成上级领导交予的工作任务;

2. Draft and review different contracts such as: CDPF agreements, equipment & accessory contracts, hospital / dealer cooperation contracts, consignment agreements and so on; Finish all sorts of data reports and make slides; Take part in setting all SOPs.

参与草拟及审核签订医院合作协议、残联协议、设备附件合同、赊销协议等;完成各类报表,制作PPT;参与制订各项操作流程与方案;

3. Keep communication with operation team to keep daily commercial run smoothly; Work with QA to set up new account open SOP, quality guarantee agreement; follow up goods return/change, and goods recall; Keep communication with FIN to accelerate different payment; Consolidate different data reports and send them to related staff;

与销售行政部门密切联系,保持日常商务运作顺畅;与QA沟通协助制作新开户申请流程及质量保证协议,退换货及召回产品的跟进工作;与财务部门沟通加速各类费用的周转;与数据分析部门联系取得各类数据报告,汇总并发送给相关人员;

4. Assist KA manager to set up and manage key account: according to supplier's requirements, keep good communication with key account such as Aier Group or other government office, and provide service needed;

协助重点客户经理对重点客户的建立及管理:配合厂家的战略发展需要,与厂家指定的重点客户如爱尔集团或其他政府机构,建立和保持良好关系和沟通,及时提供解决方案。

5. Assist to Manage consignment with commercial team; Provide consignment report to commercial team; Set up and modify consignment managing SOP; Analyze related consignment report; Help to make reasonable consignment resource allocation;

协助商务团队对寄售库存的管理; 定时提供寄售库存报告给商务团队;协助制定及修正寄售流程;参与有关报告分析;协助各地寄售货物的调配。


职位要求:

1. Good working attitude and good communication skills

良好的工作态度及沟通技巧

2. Good computer capabilities

良好的电脑操作能力

3. Contract managing experience preferred

有合同管理能力为佳

4. Good written and spoken English preferred

良好的英语听说读写能力

5. Junior college or above education, medical major preferred

大专或以上学历,有医药背景优先

6. More than 2 years Admin experiences

2年以上行政经验
