工作职责:

-Develop effective dashboard, reports to monitor and measure supply chain performance, to enable supply chain stakeholders to identify potential issues, and initial corrective or improvement plan.

-Explore and design integrated demand and supply planning.

-Assess potential new models in all supply chain related fields

-Supports the development and implementation of new supply chain concepts, processes, and systems

-Drive documentation, performance monitoring, and audit of supply chain business processes

-Perform process audits to assess process adherence and process capability

-Support the design of global development and deployment of best in class supply chain practices and systems

-Design and integrated tool and system for material master data, forecasting, planning and inventory for both market and plant level, i.e. GMID, ADS, M2, Manugistics, SAP etc.

-Integrate all supply chain function, including logistics, customer service, sales administration and distribution to further optimize the supply chain performance.

-Balance all function’s activity to max. WuxiApptec’s benefit and min. expense.

Dimension (e.g. Budget, number of people managed)

任职资格:

Bachelor’s degree or above in SCM, Logistics, MIS and related.

10- 15 years’ experience or above in Supply Chain Management, preferable with Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma.

Rich experience with supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of the best in class Supply Chain techniques and processes

Sound experience in Supply Chain Processes & Systems and in Management

Ability to develop best practice procedures as well as tool enhancements including change management expertise

Strong project management experience to drive the timely progress

Strategic thinking combined with operational execution follow up and management

Ability to influence all levels of management and other functional areas

Demonstrated leadership, coaching, teaching, networking and managing performance abilities

Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines

Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience

Good presenting skills and system knowledge including e-technologies for Supply Chain.
