服务描述/ Brief description of service:

Manage bank accounts, including account opening/closing, signatory change and renewal.

Support the internal control and external compliance processes.

Support internal or external financing processes, like intercompany loans, dividend distribution, BAD (银行承兑汇票) discounting, bank guarantee, LCs, short term revolver, entrustment loan and trade financing etc.

Develop and maintain bank relationship at operational level.

Verify BAD obtained from customers subject to internal BAD guidelines.

Distribute daily BAD collection registration report internally.

Arrange BAD endorsement to local vendors.

Resolve issues related to BAD returned by the issuing banks promptly in order to claim back cash ASAP.

Safeguard BAD and perform BAD reconciliation per monthly basis before WD +5.

Prepare BAD analysis report at month end closing .

Training and Education

Bachelor degree in Accounting desired

Skills and Knowledge

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to organize and set priorities in work

-Good MS office skill

-College level English

Experience

工作时间：8:30-17:30

工作地点：闵行区文井路（班车线路：天山，漕宝路，普陀，嘉定，虹口闸北，杨浦中原，浦东杨高路、周浦、上南浦江，黄浦徐汇，九亭，金山等）

合同形式：中智外包，先签6个月，半年后有转正机会
