MAIN PURPOSE:

Reporting
to the Head of HR, the HR Manager is responsible for partnering with business
leaders in building the company capabilities for driving sustainable,
profitable business growth, which is conductive to identifying, developing and
retaining talent. In particular, s/he will actively input into the capabilities
initiatives and delivery the recruitment
project/activities, as well as people development
plans, to drive a productive and efficient organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ 
Recruit
the best talent in the market for CELINE through proactive sourcing, employer
branding, networking, screening, and candidate selection. Drive and assist in implementing
regional and global talent acquisition programs including but not limited to
employer branding, ATS and talent pool building.

§ 
Manage
end-to-end recruitment process across all levels of retail and various
designated business functions;

§ 
Conduct
quality talent market research and proactive talent sourcing in order to build
sufficient pipeline;

§ 
As
a business partner, work closely with different departments to observe,
diagnose, consult, plan and implement learning and capability development
solutions that can support and impact specific business needs and team
dynamics;

§ 
Develop
core and functional competencies with programs that drive continuous learning
and applications;

§ 
Support
line manager to identify and solve opportunities by structuring the discussion
and intervening when necessary to improve the effectiveness of the team’s
collaboration and outcomes.

§ 
Initiate
and drive HR related activities/projects based on business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

§ 
Bachelor’s degree and above

§ 
Over 5 years of recruitment & talent sourcing
experience in retail/fashion industry.

§ 
Experience in a multinational & diverse
environment

§ 
Pro-active approach and capability of thinking out of
the box

§ 
Proven organizational skills with high attention to
details, as well as the ability to prioritize work well.

§ 
Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on
customer experience

§ 
Fluency in spoken and written English.
