职位描述


主要工作职责 Main Job Responsibilities:

    

    

    

*Staffing 40%

    

·         Support workforce planning and internship planning;

    

·         Evaluate local recruiting needs, support in right profile debrief of new-created positions;

    

·         Deliver credible, cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions using a range of techniques and assessment tools;

    

·         Implement recruitment process and policy in Urgo China. Meet the hiring request from each department and follow up with the related work, such as JD preparation, candidates screening, interview and job offer negotiation, etc.

    

·         Coach line managers in the implementation of recruitment & selection process of Urgo China and legislative requirements, to facilitate shared responsibility for the recruitment of people and ensuring that HR matters are effectively reflected;

    

·         Dynamically manage effective recruiting channels to support business needs;

    

·         Well manage employee on-boarding and exit process, conduct exit interview for voluntary turnover cases and provide improvement proposal to management team.

    

·         Execute employer branding initiatives adapting with local specifics

    

·         Maintain and enlarge internal talent pool

    

                                 

    

*Employee Learning & Development 20%

    

·         Support training needs collection and analysis, implement annual training plans timely

    

·         Assess and select external training providers based on internal guideline, monitor  provider’s performance

·         Responsible for implementation of orientation training sessions for new hires and deliver HR session at a good manner

    

    

    

    

*Employee Relationship 20%

    

·          Liaise with line managers and employees to investigate and resolve employee    grievances and minimize the negative impact so that the company’s interests are protected.

    

·         Reinforce company culture and execute change management initiatives;

    

·         Implement retention programs according to local needs in line with corporate guideline

    

    

    

      *Performance Management 10%

    

·         Facilitate employee probation management, annual performance appraisal, promotion process;

    

·         Provide on-site support to managers upon request

    

·         Conduct annual Staffing Review, identify and foster high-potentials

    

    

*Others 10%

    

·         Represent the HR team at appropriate internal meetings;

    

·         Support regional and local HR project as needed and assigned;

    

·         In charge of labor contract renewal process;

    

·         Support internal job description review, position evaluation and benchmarking

    

·         Provide regular reports and analysis to support HR metrix/dashboard needs for continuous improvement;

    

·         Actively join external workshop and seminars to learn about best practices in the industry and recommend as appropriate for the company as per needs and market competitiveness

    

·         Ensure compliance to labor law

任职条件Qualifications: (关键专业技能和行为技能Key technical skills & Key behavior skills)

    

    

·         Bachelor Degree or above.

    

·         Minimum 5 years HR experience, solid successful tracking record in staffing and training is preferred.

    

·         Familiar with Chinese regulations and labor law.

    

·         Strong business acumen, understand business needs and keep optimizing HR process and policies to support and engage the team;

    

·         Open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills, be able to collaborate well at all level of the organization, and venders.

·         Good team player, fit Urgo DNA, build strong work relationship with others and be able to engage them to drive result.

    

·         Good communication, negotiation, influence, conflict management and problem-solving skills.

    

·         High level of independence and multi-tasking skills.

    

·         Customer service mindset.

    

·         Fluent English communication both in verbal and written.

    

·         Computer skills (Microsoft office, etc.)

    

·         Compliance
