岗位概述 Position Describe Burger King (China) Holding Co. Ltd. is employing a junior level lawyer with 2-4 years legal experience. Provide legal support for development, operation, franchising and intellectual property matters of current and newly opened restaurants. Need to adapt to a fast-speed English speaking environment. Assist in legal translations of contracts and legal documents.

               主要职责 Main Responsibility              

1. Draft, modify, review and finalize the lease contracts and related legal documents for restaurants.

    

2. Draft, modify, review and finalize the franchise contracts and related legal documents for restaurants.

    

3. Daily contract review for Human Resources, Operation and Marketing.

    

4. Legal translation.

    

5. Contract management.

    

6. Other tasks assigned by the Legal Director.

               教育背景、资质和工作经验 Education background & Working Experience              

1. Law major. Bachelor degree or above. Bachelor degree from Top Universities and Law Schools.

    

2. Passed the PRC bar exam.

    

3. Having at least 2-3 years of experience as a lawyer. Experience in working with Quick Service Restaurant industry is preferable.

               专业知识要求 Professional Knowledge              

1. Good command in contract review, legal compliance and providing professional advice on legal risks.

    

2. Comprehensive theoretical legal knowledge and practical experience in Chinese Contract Law, Company Law, Franchising Law, Foreign Investment Law.

    

3. Good command in written English and legal translation.

1. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, work under pressure within limited timeline.

    

2. Chinese-English bilingual working language, including drafting, reviewing and modifying written legal documents.
