Purpose of the role:

- Lead the monthly collaborative forecast process for Schneider China 3 Key product lines under Partner Project BU. Ensure fully collaboration with all the stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, supply chain) to build and validate an accurate monthly forecast. Deploy a standard collaborative forecast process within the operations; enhance the best practices within the different activities; work on continuous improvement approach to always improve the accuracy. Highly involve in Schneider SIOP 4.0 transformation.

- Support Schneider China Demand Planning Lab to improve FCST accuracy from reference level.

- Deep involve in Schneider China Demand Planning all enhancement projects, demonstrate good collaboration with team towards building the best team.

Key R&R, and Requirements:

- Use best model of Kinaxis to generate suited statistical fcst at different level ( product line, family and key reference ). Understand the statistical model and to use the most suitable.

- Analyze and understand the past & future commercial events (pipeline of opportunities, price change, promotion, new products…) that impact the sales trends, incorporate them into fcst building.

- Customer first. Adjust statistical fcst based on collaboration with Front Office (marketing/sales) and trade-off decisions of SIOP.

- Conduct CSF monthly cycle to release rolling 25 months in Kinaxis, make sure SIOP drumbeat is respected.

- Manage and update the forecast master data for OCP and PWP.

- Drive the continuous improvement of fcst accuracy by leveraging China Demand Planning Lab advanced statistical technologies, dare to disrupt existing process/procedures, drive digital transformation in Schneider supply chain demand planning area.

- Embrace different and to quick learn from differences to improve ourselves, from business and personal point of view. Capable and willing to work cross culture, cross regions.

- Actively involve China Demand Planning enhancement projects seeking continuously competency improve for yourself and for business. Act Like Owners.

- Good learning capability and active attitude towards learning.

- Potential to lead projects in Demand Planning team and drive digital competency improve.
