职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for managing and setting sales objectives.
2. Responsible for Stores Ordering System. Analysis of main KPI's.
3. Coordinate online projects with other departments
4. Understand the setting of ERP related with stores/sales team.
5. Understand the rules of goods moving system to improve and control store's stock out and stock level.
6. Create and analyse main KPI's reports regarding store ordering system.
7. Understand store working process, try to improve store productivity.
8. Provide regular & customized Sales report & analysis for Sales Management team to track Sales performance &identify Sales opportunities on regular basis.
9. Coordinate, communicate and follow up of online projects (Ecom/Tmall/ Kaola).Create and Analyse main KPI's.
10. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
11. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
12. Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, switchboard, mailroom, and kitchen; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules.
13. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
14. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
15. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
16. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
17. Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
18. Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs; analysing variances.
19. Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
20. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; benchmarking professional standards; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
21. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
1. University degree
2. Good command of English in writing and speaking
3. 3 to 5 years working experience in retail company
4. Very good analytical skills, advanced user of MS Excel, Access.
5. Positive personality, team-oriented/ Mature enough could undertake the work pressure
6. To be accurate and reliable
7. Having a good sense of marketing knowledge, e.g. items, brands, etc.
