1. Define businiss model and ordering process, responsibility for work out all Contract/Distributors Agreement template with legal to meet Siemens regulation and guideline for DX China transaction.
2. Evaluate distibutor performance, assistance with regions and Marketing for AoP setup and conclude Distributor Agreement in Channel management
3. Control the company resource (cost, investment, headcount). OPEX and productivity monitoring (Daily reimbursement and expense check, etc.), Support budgeting and planning.
4. Credit Control Management, monitoring the dunning procedure for overdue payment and collection
5. Ensure correct and in time booking in SAP.
6. Risk management, supervising the compliance of the Internal Control System.
7. Counterpart with technical functions, providing of business cases and controlling of fulfillment using SHOT tool, offer / bidding / contract support. Working on contract compliance and GM analysis by product/distributor/customer
8. Sales commission and customer rebate calculation
9. Team set up and develop team members.

This position may suit you best, if building learning organizations is your expertise and you have extensive experience with Top Management Learning and Leadership Development.

At least 10 years in Finance or business administration related fields, familiar with business operation practices. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with ongoing changes

Ability to provide leadership in many situations and with using different communication methods both remotely and face to face

Effective communication skills both written and verbal in both Chinese and English

Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies

Deep understanding of the finance theories and practices and developments.

A broad based knowledge of the products within the In-Vitro Diagnostics industry

Relevant and demonstrable knowledge of the market in which MED DX operates
