JOB SUMMARY岗位概述:

1. Coordinate with SC Master planning to work out SH II scheduling.

协调与供应链部门的主生产计划，制定上海二厂的生产作业计划。

2. Work out labor requirement planning and optimize the manufacturing resource to fulfill the production demand.

制定劳动力需求计划，合理利用和调配生产资源，保证生产的按时按量完成。

3. Supervision the SH I, SH II and Straw production order, production data.

负责上上海二厂车间生产定单、报表和生产数据的管理汇总。

4. Scope范围: SH II (Production Planning, Data statistic, SAP system, Labor requirement plan about 1500 DL in peak season)，上海二厂生产计划，数据统计，SAP系统，劳动力需求计划等）

5. SKU: 80 code for candy, 50 code for GUM

6. Volume: 74000 ton/year average 85000 tons/year in 2011

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:

1. Host the weekly planning meeting between master planning, purchasing and manufacturing base on the master plan and work out the weekly and daily scheduling.

根据公司生产月度计划的要求，主持计划、采购、生产三方会议，编制周和日生产作业计划。

2. Effective supervise, control and coordinate each area production activities to finish the production tasks.

有效的管理、控制和协调各生产区域的生产活动，确保生产任务的完成。

3. Responsible for capacity calculation and standard working labor calculation.

综合各方面的信息，负责各生产区域生产能力和生产用工标准的核准。

4. Work out the labor requirement planning and shift arrangement suggestion and optimize the labor utilization.

根据生产作业计划，编制劳动力需求计划，合理安排生产模式，优化劳动用工。

5. Coordinate with related departments, purchasing, warehouse, QC and engineering to well arrange the plan to ensure all the task to be completed.

负责与相关部门（采购、仓库、质检、工程等）的协调工作，保证生产计划的顺利进行。

6. Responsible for the out sourcing planning and follow up.

负责产品外加工生产计划的落实和管理。

7. Responsible for SAP PP module maintenance and working order management.

负责SAP系统PP模块生产数据维护和生产定单的管理

8. Responsible for production data, statistic and analyze.

负责生产数据的处理和统计分析。

9. Finish related report.

完成相关生产报表。

10. Finish the tasks from supervisor.

上级安排的其他任务。

QUALIFICATIONS任职资格:

1. Good manufacturing knowledge and comprehensive analysis

具有良好的生产管理概念和综合分析能力。

2. Have the big or middle company planning working experience

相关大、中型企业计划管理经验。

3. Good communication, coordination and master complicated.

良好的沟通、协调能力，驾驭复杂事务的能力。

4. Good people management, like the motivation, leadership.

良好的人员管理能力，人员激励、领导力。

5. Good MS-office experience.

良好的MS-office的运用能力。

6. Solid and rich SAP or other MRP knowledge and experience.

具有扎实的SAP或其它MRP的知识和相关经验。

7. Good statistic and analysis knowledge.

统计分析知识。

8. At least 5 years experience and 200 scale production experience, at least 3 years planning management.

生产管理岗位5年以上，具有生产管理200人及以上生产规模的经验。计划管理岗位3年以上经验。

9. College above on engineering or management.

工科或管理专科及以上。

Preferred:

1. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

2. Some mechanical or electrical experience.

相关机械或电气知识。
