工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

？ Ensure sufficient supply of products to support region Asia, facility monthly forecasting process, monitor inventory levels, monitor incoming shipments and request changes when needed.

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

？ Order management

n Order management for Asia markets.

n Track order status until products received by distributors.

n PO management for supplier products.

n Revenue adjustment.

n Other coordination work related to order.

？ Planning and inventory management

n Stock monitor and replenishment tracking.

n Sales and forecast trend analysis.

n Supply planning for supplier products.

n Replenishment planning for Asia markets.

？ Customs declaration coordination

n Collect shipping documentation and monitor agency to finish customs declaration on time.

n China custom clearance assistance and Beijing custom administration work.

？ Other tasks:

n Supply chain reports support.

n Record and track complaints from China DC.

n Item maintenance in Oracle.

n Coordinate cross function to issue credit note per requirement.

n Other tasks assigned by line manager

任职资格Job Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above

More than 3 years working experience in order management or other function in supply chain, prefer working experience in inventory management or planning. Pharma / medical device / FMCG industry is preferred.

Familiar with ERP system, prefer Oracle experience.
