工作内容：

Sourcing, negotiating, awarding and documenting purchases for goods and services.

Challenge current cost base, through cost structure analysis, negotiation, benchmarking and RFP/ RFQ as appropriate

Develop bids and proposal formats. Lead complex RFP/RFQ as well as lead small projects.

Interface with internal customers and suppliers to ensure that the material/services are delivered on-time and in accordance with the specifications and quality notes documented in the Purchase Order. Managing supplier performance to cost, schedule and quality requirements.

Lead or support category leader to do category strategy development.

Recommend process improvement to streamline for efficiency. Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions.

Conduct supplier performance review and evaluation together with internal customers.

任职条件：

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Purchasing, experience in IT, Facility Management, Lab Supply or Lab Equipment is preferred.

Experience in category sourcing is preferred.

Good in English reading and writing.

Great communication and negotiation skills

Large autonomy and excellent organization of work

Strategic and systemic thinking

SAP / Ariba experience preferred
