Position Summary:

The HR Analyst is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human capital management systems associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information for Human Resource department planning and activities. This role is responsible for the support and analysis of the data and systems that make up Thermo Fisher HR system portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

·           Use multiple capability incl. but not limited to data research and analytical insights to drive talent attraction, retention and development strategy and build up talent intelligence to provide talent landscape analytics in order to enhance the HR productivity and service quality

·           Establish dashboard for HR data tracking and analysis, and provide insights for business operation.

·           Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, quickly position the fundamental problem and discover the opportunities from business

·           Create and deliver ad hoc and custom reports as requested by field HR and Operations leadership

·           Work with global Analytics team to understand report requirements and build reports to requirement specifications

·           Cost control for talent acquisition cost center: 1) internal cost report and analysis (monthly); 2) external report for charging (quarterly); 3) ad-hoc reports

Qualifications Required:

·         Bachelor or equivalent degree in e.g. Mathematics, Statistics

·         Demonstrate strong data analytics background, knowledge of statistical modeling and data mining

·         Capable of handling data, business consultancy experience is a plus

·         Highly skilled in drawing relevant conclusion from analyses; relating analyses to business/HR outcomes and strategic goals.

l  Experience with HRIS systems. Familiar with WorkDay, HR plus etc. is a plus
