1.工作流程熟练；

2.能独立完成甲方需求支持；

5.具备带领班组开展工作的能力；

6.至少3年相关工作经验，熟悉CAD/OFFICE等软件的操作，有一定数据分析及文案编辑能力；综合服务需大专以上学历；

7.工程：商业服务经验3年以上或5Ａ写字楼１年以上　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

８.身体健康，思想端正；思维清晰，表达准确，积极主动

9.一线主管，管理普通员工10人以上；

10.能够按要求做好本班组人员分配、在岗检查、能做好班组内工作协调、人员调休替班、员工间小矛盾等基本协调管理；

11. 能够对班组人员工作结果做出基本判断；

12.清晰本班组工作任务，指导本团队人员按文件要求，正确填写相关表格，达到文件要求。
