岗位概要: Key Performance Area

The position plays a key role in driving business success by leading innovation and renovation projects through cross-functional efforts with WCF SBU team, Supply Chain’s Purchasing and QRO as well as internal Frozen R&D’s different function group.

基本工作职能: Key Job Responsibility
? Lead and execute product development and commercialization from consumer sight and business needs till seamless production at plant.
? Provide leadership and expertise to the business and contribute to product pipeline development
? Take initiatives in new projects of new product, product improvement, and HMM initiatives
? Cross-functional influence to ensure NPD projects meet the target
? Proactively bring new ideas/inputs to NPD projects with marketing, suppliers and external partners
? Maintenance of finished goods specification


教育程度/工作经历/知识、技能和能力: Education /Experience/ Knowledge/Skill/Capability Request
? Education
Bachelor or above Degree in Food Science, Food Chemistry, Packaging Engineer or related fields
? Experience
At least 4 years R&D working experience, with focusing on new product management is preferred.
? Skills & Competency
？ Good cross-function communication and project management skills
？ Strong product innovation and problem solving skills
？ Good knowledge of Chinese Food and Package related Regulation
？ Willing to learn and work under pressure
？ Be passionate, proactive and self-motivated
？ Fluent in oral and written English
