工作职能: Key Job Responsibility

? 负责分析每月财务报告，找出机会点，提出行动方案
? 准备年度/年中/长期预算计划，并为完成或超过计划提出财务意见
? 为新产品的开发上市提供财务支持
? 准备财务分析演讲资料
? 资本项目的分析
? 现金流量预测

？ Responsible for providing financial results analysis in identifying the opportunities/issues and developing action plan
？ Responsible for planning, analyzing and tracking annual financial performance as well as LRP
？ Provide financial support for new product development
？ Prepare presentation materials
？ Capital investment analysis and post-audit
？ Accountable for developing cash flow forecast

教育程度/工作经历/知识/技能： Education /Experience/Knowledge/Skill

? 大学本科或以上学历，主修会计，金融，审计，企业管理等经济类专业
? 具有五年以上相关工作经验，其中至少三年以上从事会计，财务分析等相关职业，四大会计事务所优先考虑。
? 高超的分析能力和解决问题能力
? 总账会计和成本会计知识
? 熟悉美国会计准则
? 良好的沟通能力和影响力
? 团队合作精神，接受挑战
? 同时处理多项工作，并确定优先级
? 能够为业务确立重点并跟踪结果，以结果为导向
? 熟悉通用ERP系统，如JDE或者SAP
? 优秀的英语语言能力，包括书面及口语，至少大学英语四级
? 有快消品，食品行业从业经验为佳
? 拥有财务类相关职业证书，如CPA, ACCA, CIA等
? 可以出差工作，至多25%
? 愿意在财务内部轮岗

? Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, audit, business administration, etc.
? More than five years working experience with at least three years experience in accounting, finance analysis, Big 4 experience is preferred.
? Strong analytical and problem solving skill
? Good general accounting and costing knowledge
? Familiar with US GAAP
? Excellent communication and influence skill
? Good team player and ready for challenge mindset
? Managing multitasks and prioritizing
? Able to establish focus for the business and monitor the performance; deliver outstanding results
? Knowledge of or exposure to common ERP system, such as JDE or SAP
? Excellent English knowledge, both in written and spoken, with at least CET 4
? Working experience in FMCG or food industry preferred
? Professional certification, i.e. CPA, ACCA, CIA
? Willingness to travel, up to 25%
? Willing to job rotation in Finance organization
