Job Purpose：

Key role of Directive Assortment Stores in FR channel to  connect with MP, sales team, as well as customers, to enhance the  in-season execution, be able to provide historical sales performance/  adjusted new season’s allocation plan according to actual buy and  assortment guideline/ trade inventory.

Scope：

Review/analyze  product sell thru performance and inventory, adjust the allocation and  replenishment plan. Maximize sell thru opportunity and inventory  utilization through in-season execution management. Communication with  sales team and customers about the plan and get alignment.

Key Responsibilities：

Pre-season focus

¨      Analyze historical sales performance/ sizing of directive assortment stores in FR channel

¨      Adjust the assortment and do allocation plan by store grade according to OTB

In-season focus

¨      Sell thru / trade inventory analysis and communication with sales team& customers on weekly basis

¨      AO plan

¨      Promotion plan

¨      Return plan

¨      Review product performance with other functional departments

Job Requirements：

¨      Ability to perform Sell Thru forecasting

¨      Excellent allocation planning and organizational skills

¨      Excellent communication skills- includes influencing and negotiation skills

Experience/Education：

¨     Bachelor’s degree in related discipline

¨     Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word & Excel)

¨     At least 3-4 years related working experience
