 POSITION OBJECTIVE: (Compressor associated products)

  

1. Controller associated products development;

2. Controller and edge device (IoT hardware) hardware associated maintenance work;

3. Identify VAVE opportunities and provide solution;

4. Electrical associated work of compressor, include starter box design, schematic, components selection and so on;

                   

   RESPONSIBILITIES:             

            

1. Work with global engineering team to optimize the controller and edge device (IoT hardware) framework associated design;

2. Work with local supplier to provide controller and edge device solution with better cost based on global framework design;

3. Work with global engineering team and local suppliers regarding technical associated communication;

4. Work closely with global engineering to get rapid feedback regarding technical associated topics;

5. Lead electrical associated technical/safety/serviceability reviews with global cross-functional teams;

6. Analyze electrical quality issue, address root cause and provide professional solution;

    

   Qualifications:            

                

1. 2+ years’ experience in design and implementation of embedded hardware;

2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science

3. Good English level in listening, speaking, writing and reading, have ability to lead technical discussion with global cross-function team;

4. Expert knowledge of C

5. Experience with ARM microcontrollers and development tools

6. Familiar with communication protocol/hardware interface knowledge, such as RS485, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, Flash, EEPROM, ADC/DAC

7. Basic electrical engineering concepts, including the ability to read schematics

8. Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, meters, and logic analyzers

9. Rapid feedback

10. Must be able to work in teams as well as independently with minimal supervision

11. Strong accountability, positive work attitude, pay attention to detail, can work under pressure;

12. Willing to take electrical work rather than controller and hardware associated
