职位描述
岗位职责
1、维护数据库的日常变更运营，备份、恢复、扩容，数据迁徙和安全管理。
2、负责数据库管理维护，监控及性能优化，维护生产环境数据库的稳定性和扩展性。
3、负责数据库运维的标准化、规范化，维护数据的安全性
4、维护测试业务核心数据库的安全、稳定运行。
5、嘉定实验室其他IT技术支持工作。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，2年以上DBA工作经验，有构建解决大容量数据存储应用经验。
2、熟悉Oracle/MySQL数据库管理、高可用、备份及性能调优经验，能快速定位数据库故障。
3、具备Linux/Unix产品安装配置、系统管理与维护经验。
4、追求细节和极致，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，工作认真负责、踏实、勤奋、有责任心。
