Responsibility Level:

Under general direction fromChina Aftermarket Business and Field Service function, and inclose collaboration with cross-functionalteams like VPZ sales, VPZ operation, digital, branding, product marketing, to design,develop and implement strategies and plans of VPZ service programs, service processand warranty management to drive business growth and distribution new modelsroll out, which includes but not limits to 0KM management, one to one warrantyprocess set up / management, quality resolution, commercial quality/good willmanagement and implement technical training.

Typical Duties

EnhanceVPZ Service Capability through service programs

- Work closely with VPZ sell out teamto develop VPZ service programs, to better serve work shop customers, tosupport work shop battery business increase

- Train service program to VPZ salesand employee, build solid plan of service program implementation andperformance tracking

- Work shop survey and visit tocapture work shop business needs on product and service

Voiceof customer

- Drive two way communications duringday to day working with customers, clearly deliver company technicaladvantages, product differentiation, brand value, etc. to customers, andfeedback customer voice, competitor key initiative from market, to buildfurther trust and enhance customer loyalty.

Warrantyprocess implementation and management

- Focus on VPZ network expanding,figure out proper way to implement “one for one” warranty to increase VPZ storeproduct after sale capability, increase service level to VPZ customers

- Manage the yearly warranty spendingand well balance the “real technical” issues and “goodwill”

- Work closely with Sales team anddistribution team to support the business growth target and develop customerissue solutions

- Prepare and deliver the warrantymanagement training to customer users

- One for one warranty system andprocess development and continues improvement

Technicaltraining and other field support

- Deliver face to face technicaltraining to various customers through value chain including but not limited toVPZ customers, battery specialist, workshop and technicians

- Work closely with training functionto assure the right materials and content are developed as key part of the overalltraining system and structure
