岗位职责
-Formulate IT strategy in alignment with business strategies and directions -Provide IT related consultancy and advice for business
-IT planning, coordination and administration of IT on site
-Be responsible for departmental budget target setting and controlling
-Be responsible for IT performance controlling, security and benchmarking
-Define improvement measure with regard to performance, functionality and cost effectiveness
-Formulate IT policies and guidelines, and its deployment.
-Ensure adherence of all staffs to company IT policies and guidelines. -Execute local IT projects based on IT policies and guidelines
-Co-ordinate local operative IT management including :
-People management
-Resources management including capacity planning
-Ensure operational continuity
-SLA tracking -Vendor and contract management
岗位要求
Education -University degree in computer science, information technology, or other technical discipline.
Working Experience -Min 10 years of relevant job experience preferably in semiconductor industries as head of IT -Experience in the field of IT operations ( data centres, network, systems, clients and applications )
-Performance measurement -Vendor and contract management -Budget and resource planning
-Controlling and monitoring tools and techniques -Projects management -IT services and processes based on ITIL ( incidence, change and release management )
-IT infrastructure architectures including network and data centres -Systems architecture and design
-Systems analysis and software development Competency:
-Knowledge of semiconductor industry business and market -Management and leadership skill
