职位描述
Responsibilities:
The Sales Director is responsible for the accomplishment of the yearly business plan with the customers in charge. He develops the necessary tools and activities to reach and exceed the planned volume, margin, customer and product mix and reports accordingly.
1. Auto & HEX Key Accounts Management Planning (25%)
--Develops sales plan/pricing strategy under the global PMC and regional sales leadership team for all the assigned existing and targeted auto & HEX key accounts to sell all imported products from The Company global plants in Asia/China
-- Analyzes and assimilates industry and competition information.
-- Researches targeted prospects and formulates contact strategies under the global PMC and regional sales leadership team that include face-to-face meetings.
-- Develops industry and key account management plan that links the volume/margin/revenue commitment to forecasted volume/margin/revenue opportunities.
-- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales objective planning
2. Business development (25%)
--Define and execute a sales and marketing strategy to promote the potential The Company China JV auto products under the global PMC and regional sales leadership team for all the assigned existing and targeted auto key accounts.
-- Assist the technical marketing and technology team in defining/improving the product portfolio for the JV production in China.
--Attend/organize automotive expo to promote The Company products, build relation and get competition information.
--Auto Industry association relation building
3. Executes the Sales Plan and achieve target (40%)
-- Leads and executes the sales plan, tracks performance, close business.
-- Conducts research to identify prospect needs.
-- Contacts and maintains 100% of assigned customers and foster LT contract under the guidance from the global PMC/regional sales leadership team.
-- Assist technical marketing team design customer-specific, value-based solutions to meet clients' business and performance improvement needs.
-- Supervises and acts on sales leads, provide quotation under approval from the global PMC sales leadership team and provides status report.
-- Presents articulate sales proposals to client decision-makers and closes opportunities with contract in accordance with general guidelines provided by the PMC leader that meet clients' stated goals.
-- Applies strictly the pricing policy and uses the deviation rules where applicable
--Ensure order fulfillment with the help of the internal sales team --Ensure as regularly as requested a volume and price forecast for his customer base. Liaise with PMC leader in order to have this forecast translated into the necessary system reservations
--React on claims and assist the technical team to resolve technical problems
-- Supports credit management and encashment in their role whenever needed by obtaining the requested information or action from the customer
--AR collection
4. General Administrative and Other Responsibilities (10%)
-- Updates with all customer data and sales activities.
-- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly volume/revenue forecasts and relative reports.
-- Fully knowledgeable about all available products and solution.
-- Relevant Beijing office management
-- Identifies training needs and schedules time for learning & development
-- Team management
--Other duties assigned by the Director

Disciplinary direct report to Sales & Marketing Director, The Company Asia/China
Function report to Sales Director, Automotive & HEX, The Company Europe
-Key requirement:
-- University degree or above with major in mechanical engineering, material science or other engineering subjects
-- Ten years of sales and key account experience in EU/US Auto OEMs, Tier 1 or related industry with three years in sales management position
-- Strong leadership, communication, organization and coordination skill
-- Out-ward in personality and disciplined in ethics
-- Highly customer orientated
-- Familiar with all necessary IT and office tools
-- Very good in English language, German preferred
-- Experience in Project Management preferred
-- Familiar with import & export business related documents and operation preferred
